Product ยท How it works
How Hey Bubba! works, and how you stay in control
Hey Bubba! is an AI back-office automation platform for fleets. Bubba works inside the rules you set. You decide how much it does on its own, and you can step in at any time.
You set the rules
- A minimum rate for every trip. Bubba books at or above it, and AutoPilot won't start without one.
- Where Bubba looks for freight, and in what order: your contract and tender freight, your broker network, then open load boards. Turn off any source you don't want used.
- How Bubba contacts brokers: email, phone, or both. Daily email limits and follow-up rules keep outreach under control.
- The lanes you run, the brokers and shippers you prefer or block, commodities to avoid, and limits on deadhead, weight and stops.
You choose how much Bubba does on its own
Let Bubba book loads that meet your rules, or have it ask you to approve each booking first. When a broker makes a live offer, you can accept or decline it right from your phone.
Start where you're comfortable
A common way to start is to have Bubba ask before every booking, then let it book on its own within your rules once you've seen how it works.
Step in at any time
- Listen in on any live broker call without speaking, or join the call and take over.
- Take over any email conversation with a broker, then hand it back to Bubba.
- Pause AutoPilot on any trip. Once a trip's pickup window has passed, Bubba stops working that trip on its own.
Everything is recorded
Calls are recorded and transcribed. An activity log shows each action Bubba took, and for every load it passed on, it shows why: the pickup window, the rate, an excluded state or a blocked broker.
Documents are checked twice
Two AI models read rate confirmations, bills of lading and proofs of delivery. When they disagree on a field, it goes to a person to decide.
Works with the systems you already use
Bubba connects to your load boards, ELDs and inboxes, and to your TMS. It reads orders and fleet data from McLeod and Fleet Pulse, with write-back into your TMS shipping very soon. For field-service fleets, it works alongside the scheduling and job software your team already uses, with new systems connected on request.
Who can do what
Owners and admins control your account settings and who has access. Drivers get their own app, built for the road.
Your data
Hey Bubba! is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliant. Your data is not used to train AI models.
