ActionWeave comes with ready-made connectors for leading industry platforms including McLeod, TMW, Samsara, Motive, and DAT, as well as EDI and standard load boards: you plug in your system's access key, and it starts talking to it. It also connects to everyday tools like Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Google Drive, and Dropbox. And if you run older or custom-built software, it can hook into that too through its open API and webhooks.

If the numbers don't match, it emails the broker and asks for a corrected rate con. If something looks off about the broker itself, it stops and sends the load to a real person to look at first. Either way, it never quietly puts bad numbers into your system.

You don't have to trust it blind. You can ease into it with three settings:

• Read-Only Mode — it just watches. It shows you what it would have done, but touches nothing.
• Internal-Only Mode — it does the prep work inside the system, but anything going out to the real world waits for your approval first.
• Live Mode — it runs on its own, but only the actions you've allowed, inside the rules you've set.

You set the limits: for example, "anything over this dollar amount needs my OK" or "flag any rate terms that look unusual." When a job crosses one of those lines, ActionWeave stops, holds the work, and sends it to the person you picked.
