1. Introduction

This Linking Service Terms Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of our service that enables users ("you" or "User") to link their external telematics account to Hey Bubba! for automated and load-specific real-time vehicle location tracking and load status updates with applicable shippers and brokers. By linking your telematics account to Hey Bubba!, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Authorization and Consent

By connecting your telematics account to Hey Bubba!, you expressly authorize us to:

• Access, retrieve, and use vehicle location data in real-time from your telematics provider.
• Share vehicle location data with shippers and brokers as necessary for dispatching and load tracking purposes.
• Transmit and display load status updates derived from the linked telematics data.

You affirm that you have the legal right and authority to grant this access and share the requested data.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

• Hey Bubba! will only use the accessed telematics data for the purpose of dispatching, tracking, and load status updates.
• We do not sell or share your telematics data with third parties beyond the scope of facilitating the services outlined in this Agreement.
• Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining an active telematics account and ensuring proper authorization for data access.
• You must notify Hey Bubba! immediately if you wish to revoke access to your telematics data.
• You acknowledge that the accuracy and availability of location tracking depend on your telematics provider's system and that Hey Bubba! is not responsible for inaccuracies or service interruptions.

5. Data Security

Hey Bubba! employs reasonable security measures to protect telematics data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and Hey Bubba! is not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

6. Termination and Revocation

• You may revoke Hey Bubba!'s access to your telematics data at any time by adjusting your telematics provider settings or notifying us at [email protected].
• Hey Bubba! reserves the right to terminate or suspend access if misuse, unauthorized access, or security risks are detected.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Hey Bubba! provides the linking service on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in location tracking data.
• Any disruptions in service caused by third-party telematics providers.
• Any unauthorized use of your data arising from your failure to secure your telematics credentials.

8. Changes to this Agreement

Hey Bubba! reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
